What does Reel Plan cost?
Every event is different, and so is every proposal.
Our base hourly rate is $125, and our day rate is $750 (an 8 hour work day). Some projects take a few hours; others weeks of work. For some clients, we can work in a payment schedule based on our performance, and for others, a flat contract rate is negotiated.
The rate for on-site event management is $1,200 per day (12 hour day) plus hotel and travel.
Reel Plan does not have any hidden fees – all of our charges are presented in the initial proposal. If we suggest additional consultation (professional graphic designers, DVD preparation and duplication, media relations services), these charges will be detailed and must be agreed upon before work is begun.
